The Saucony National XC Championships in Wollaton Park saw new champions in the senior eventwith wins for Anna Moller and Calum Johnson, who followed in the footsteps of his club colleague and 1977 champion, Brendan Foster. Elsewhere the national champions of Northern Ireland and Ulster, Scotland and Wales were also crowned on a a wet weekend.

East Suffolk welcomes a new fast flat road race - The Run for A Rose 10k

The inaugural Run for A Rose 10k event is in memory of the dearly loved and missed Angela Rose. All the profits of this event will be split between St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich and Macmillan Cancer Support. These charities provided fantastic care and support for Angela, her family and countless other people living with progressive and terminal illnesses. This event is held in partnership with East Suffolk Council.
