The fourth race of the runbritain Grand Prix took place yesterday at the BMC 10k track festival, in perfect running conditions, giving Scott Overall (handicap MINUS 5.3) his third overall win in the series and an extra 100 bonus points for breaking 30 minutes.

The biggest sporting moments from Mo Farah (handicap MINUS 7.5), Christine Ohuruogu and Hannah Cockroft have been immortalised on canvas and will be auctioned from September 4 to 14 for Willow - the only national charity working with seriously ill young adults aged 16 to 40 to fulfil uplifting and unforgettable Special Days. The artwork, along with other top British sportsmen and women will be on show at a public exhibition, September 9 10 at Bonhams, London W1.
