Two days to go in October Reward Running

With two days to go in October's edition of Reward Running, Bob Allsopp (Harborough) has retained his lead with a handicap improvement of 5.38, but Henry Merriweather - who has taken part in the Glasgow parkrun every Saturday in October with a significant week on weekimprovement from 28:18 down to 25:49 on Saturday just past - has moved into second place with an improvement of 5.22, with Aimee Cook (Tyne Bridge) still holding onto third with 5.20.
