Weekend update

The parkrun is again becoming a regular weekend routine for many of the runbritain community. Most parkruns are back on Saturdays and Sundays for adults (5k) and juniors (3k). This weekend, the fastest 5k runs were at Bushy Park for men and Newcastle under Lyme for women. The Big Half featured some of the best British runners including Jake Smith (pictured), although some also turned out in the Podium 5k with winning times of 13:45 and 16:14.
