Women 'Inspiring Change' - through Sport

International Women's Day

‘Inspiring Change’ is this year’s theme for International Women’s Day (#IWD2014 8th March)

This gives you the chance, as a runner, to get involved by promoting running heroines who have 'INSPIRED' you- examples might range from Katherine Switzer (Boston Marathon ejectee 1967) to Paula Radcliffe (World Record holder for the marathon), Chrissie Wellington (Five times Ironman Champ/advocate) & Tanni-Grey Thompson (Multiple Paralympian & Advocate)
