Win adidas prizes when you claim your handicap score!

Runners of all standards having been claiming their free runbritain handicap scores and runner biog pages at the rate of 1,000 per calendar month, since the scheme was first launched in autumn 2010. If you haven't claimed yours yet then there is no time like the present because we might just give you a great present for doing it!

Your profile page features, amongst other things:

* personal progress graph
* direct comparisons with other runners with a 'head-to-head' function
* weekly mileage logger and graph
* current rankings by gender, age group and postcode

The scheme also includes National Ladder positions for runners at all distances. There are 174,000 ranking places.

The scores automatically update each time you run in a runbritain licensed event.

We have now passed 39,000 claimants and are trying to track down number 39.000 as we have an adidas miCoach ready to send to him. If Joe Arthur (handicap 5.3) is reading this then please get in touch! If we can't find Joe by Monday 9th December we will get in touch with our 30.001st claimant. In addition, we have 20 adidas sports bags (pictured) and are sending one to every 25th claimant, while stocks last. So far we have sent one to Bill Aldridge (handicap 5.0), Emily Baxter (handicap 23.7), Shaun Newton (handicap 6.4) , Jen Weston (handicap 29.3) and Paul Weir (handicap 1.7)
