I bet you can remember exactly where you were, this time last year, watching Jess Ennis win the Olympic heptathlon, followed by Greg Rutherford winning the long jump and then, to top it all, Mo Farah claiming gold in the 10,000. After commentating on the 20k walk that finished in the Mall that day, everything that could get in the way of his journey back the Olympic Stadium did.
