Some key performers over last week include those who completed two or more events. Mahamed Mahamed (handicap -5.9) ran 14:07 at the Armagh 5k followed by a 3000m heat (8:33.93) and final in 8:18.93 to take the BUCS indoor 3000m title after the disqualification of Tom Horton (handicap -3.7) who stepped on the infield after a collision, when trying to pass the leader.
Sam Stabler (handicap -5.7) was another who doubled up last week winning the Armagh 5k in 13:59 and then running 8:03.35 at the British Athletics Championships in Birmingham.
