We are pleased to bring you the results from this weekend on our results page.

In the last seven days we have added 10013 performances to our database from 45 events.

The big events were:

Maidenhead Easter 10 - 867 finishers
Run the Bridge 5 - 662 finishers
Elswick Good Friday Relays - 652 finishers
Salford 10K - 574 finishers
Trowse 10K - 471 finishers
Guiseley Gallop 10K - 461 finishers
Folkestone 10 - 447 finishers
Sudbury Fun Run 5 - 414 finishers
Notts AAA's Summer League - 378 finishers
Isle of Man Easter Festival 10K - 362 finishers
 
We have looked at the top 10 male and female performances from the last 7 days based on the handicap score for last week's performances. To calculate this we have taken the basic handicap score for the performance on the day and the SSS score which rates how difficult it was to run a quick time on the day and arrived at the net score which is the basic minus the SSS.
 
This week, the top two men's and the top four women's performances all came from runners who travelled over to America for the Boston Athletics Association's Invitational 5k where the men's race wsa won in 13:56, a new course record, and the women's in 15:12, which tied with the course record.
The table below also shows the actual handicap score, which also factors in their previous performances and regular racing.
