In the last six days we have added 47,219 performances to our database from 289 events.

Suicide 6 - 552 finishers
Boscombe 10K - 543 finishers
Poole parkrun 5K Event 140 - 497 finishers
Newcastle parkrun 5K Event 198 - 452 finishers

Congratulations to Sian Beck (handicap 13.1) and Denise Zachariasz (handicap 20.5) who both ran the Conwy Half Marathon and told us on facebook that is was pretty tough but had amazing views!

Meanwhile on the East coast Lynne Evans (handicap  18.6) and Gary McDonald (handicap 12.4) both ran the Norwich Half Marathon. Lynne knocked 13 minutes off her best time and Gary made a very fine debut in 1:46:26.

Congratulations to everyone who raced this weekend. Make sure you claim your handicap and enter November's Reward Running competition. We have great prizes from adidas and Sennheiser for the biggest improvers and for whoever comes in as our 39,000th handicap claimant and I can tell you that we are nearly there!  In addition, we have 20 adidas sports bags and are going to send one to every 25th claimant, whilst stocks last.
