We are pleased to announce the winner, of the final week of the 2016 #clickyourclock competition, as Ben North (handicap 10.7)

Throughout 2016 we have been rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.

At 12 noon each Wednesday, from Wednesday 23rd March until today, a random draw has been made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize has been a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 667 clocks clicked and, out of those, 323 showed an improvement and so went into the draw.

Ben North was picked, at random, today, and will soon be receiving his prize. He ran the Wigan 10k, on Sunday, in 42:42. This took 0.815% off his score.Well done Ben - we hope you enjoy your prize and it helps bring your score down even further!
