Sumo run hits Manchester

The wobbliest fundraising event in the world is coming to Manchester’s Heaton Park on April 21st 2012 and Run England groupsacross Manchester are getting ready to take part!

The Sumo Run is a 5k charity fun run which sees participants dressing up in inflatable sumo suits and raising money for UK educational charity Gemin-i (www.gemin-i.org). The 2012 runs will support Gemin-i’s HIV360 project - educating children around the world about HIV and AIDS. It's all about piling on the pounds to raise some pounds!
