Spencer Holland - this week's winner!

The results of this week's #clickyourclock competition (15 - 21 July) can be found here.
Throughout 2015 Polar are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest percentage with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
For a while, it looked like Dominic Haigh (handicap 9.5) had won the competition but, after contacting Dominic to establish whether or not we had all of his performances recorded accurately, it transpired that we were missing a result that he had from the 2014 Oradea Semimaraton, in Romania, and this dropped him to 15th for the week.
This week's winner is Spencer Holland (handicap 8.2) who made a % improvement of 12.82. Spencer ran two races last weekend: The JCB Lakeside 5 on Thursday evening followed by the Trentham 10k on Sunday. Prior to these races, his handicap had been at 11.7. Spencer is definitely 'on the up' with his running and is putting in more performances than ever, His profile shows a few performances between 2011 and 2013 that gave him a highest score of 18.8. There were no performances recorded in 2014 and this let his score slip to 29.7 but, this year, he has recorded six performances and four of them are since 13 June. Keep up the good work Spencer!
Spencer will shortly receive a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor to help with his progress.
