Sign up for final Reward Running competition of 2013

If you haven't already done it, now is the time to sign up for our monthly ‘most improved’ Reward Running competition so that you can win great prizes from adidas and Sennheiser. Log on now to include yourself in the November competition which is the final one before the Spring.
To be in with a chance, you first need to make sure you have claimed your free runbritain handicap score that tracks your progress over all distances, surfaces and terrains and automatically updates your score each time you run in a runbritain licensed event.
Runners of all standards having been claiming their scores and runner biog pages at the rate of 1,000 per calendar month, since the scheme was first launched in autumn 2010 and we are currently looking forward to welcoming our 39,000th claimant.
Your profile page features, amongst other things:
* personal progress graph
* direct comparisons with other runners with a 'head-to-head' function
* weekly mileage logger and graph
* current rankings by gender, age group and postcode
The scheme alsoincludes National Ladder positions for runners at all distances. There are 174,000 ranking places. Men’s leader is Mo Farah (handicap MINUS 6.6), ahead of Andy Vernon (handicap MINUS 6.2). Women’s current first place is Gemma Steel (handicap MINUS 2.0) ahead of Marilyn Okoro (handicap MINUS 1.9).
