runbritain website: onwards and upwards
We’re in the process of re-designing and upgrading the runbritain website and we hope to launch the new, improved site later this summer/early autumn.
In the meantime, here are some interim improvements and new content additions you might not be aware of:
*In time for the day one of the Olympic Games track and field we rolled out a new version of runbritainrankings.com to include track races of 3000m or longer in our handicap system and National Ladder!
*In addition to the track improvements, we’re also pleased to advise that the "inline" quick sort of events has been fixed on the athlete profiles and the performance and date options are now fully working! There have also been some minor improvements to the SSS calculations.
*Large numbers of you have already signed up to claim your free runbritain handicap - over 25,000 of you in fact - but if you haven’t done so already, just follow the link to our rankings web pages where you can also find out about the other benefits of signing up, including the option to enter our monthly Reward Running competitions.
*We’ve published around 40 new training features on our Sennheiser training site since April this year, and if you’ve not visited before, it’s easy to use and is split into sections to help you find what’s most relevant to you.
*We’re also publishing editor’s blogs every few weeks; the most recent one, titled “London Calling” went live after the first weekend of Olympic athletics but there are a wide variety to choose from
Enjoy the last few weeks of the Games and stay inspired.
