Everybody knows that the Leeds Abbey Dash is one race on the calendar not to be missed and if you enter before 31st August you can take advantage of the EARLY BIRD offer and save 20% on entry.
The Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash is back this November. Join 12,000 runners from across the UK, aiming to achieve personal bests in this famous 10k race through the streets of Leeds. Pictured are the front runners at last year's race with Callum Hawkins (handicap -6.2) (number 45) and Andrew Butchart (handicap -7.5) (number 42) who, as we know, went on to do us proud, when they finished 9th (marathon) and 6th (5000m), resepctively, in Rio last week!
This will be the 31st running of the event and every year it gets bigger and better.
The 2016 Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash will incorporate the England 10k Championship with the top two female and male runners winning a chance to represent England internationally in 2017.
It doesn't matter if you're an elite or beginner runner, we know you’ll enjoy the Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash!
Don’t forget to take advantage of the early bird offer. Sign up here before August 31st and save 20% on your entry.
