In yesterday's news, we published the standards for the top 250 rankings in the 10k and half marathon for men and women and today we look at the events that contributed to the 2014 figures, noting the impact of the five Grand Prix events on the road:

Cardiff 10k - Sunday 6th September
Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon - Sunday 4th October (incorporating British Championships)
Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash 10k - Sunday 15th November (incorporating English Championships)
