Most runners will, at some time, have their running training disrupted by injury or illness. It happens, and when it happens it is frustrating at best and depressing at worst, but there are things you can do to prevent it and things you can do to get back on track if you are sidelined for any length of time. That's why we've introduced a new section to our Sennheiser training site: runrobustly

On there you will find top tips from experts in the field on how to treat injury, if it happens, and how to prevent it from happening in the first place. Over the next few weeks we plan to add more articles to that section on staying healthy and strong so that training schedules can be adhered to and targets met!
