We have looked at the top ten male and female performances on the road, from the results we have, based on the handicap score for last week's performances.
To calculate the top ten we have taken the basic handicap score for the performance on the day and the SSS score which rates how difficult it was to run a quick time on the day and arrived at the net score which is the basic minus the SSS. Despite so many big races being on this weekend, eight of the top men's performances and five of the women's came from the National Road Relays that were held this weekend at Sutton Park in Birmingham.
The table below also shows the actual handicap score, which also factors in their previous performances and regular racing.
