Callum Hawkins moves to tenth on all time 10k list
There were many impressive results recorded this weekend especially in the Valencia 10k where three athletes moved up the all time lists with blistering performances. .
Olympic marathon runner Callum Hawkins (handicap -6.2) moved to 9th on the all time runbritain rankings for 10k in the 10k Valencia Ibercaja with 28:02, Ben Connor (handicap -6.6) moved to 19th with 28:10 and Jenny Nesbitt (handicap -1.5) ran a lifetime best with 32:42 that now ranks her in the top 50 fastest times ever in the all time runbritain rankings for 10k on the road.
Jonathan Hopkins (handicap -5.1) and Daisy Rawlings ran the fastest parkrun times in the UK this week. Hopkins ran 14:42 at Porthcawl parkrun in Wales whilst Daisy Rawlings ran the fastest at Dulwich parkrun with 16:58.
