Put Dent in your spring race programme

The Dentdale Run, now in its 30th year, attracts runners from far and wide because of its breath-taking scenery and great value for money.
The run up to Christmas is a great time to put together your spring racing programme and the Dentdale Run, sponsored by Dent Brewery, is a not-to-be-missed event if you are looking for beautiful scenery, free car parking, shower facilities, male and female changing rooms, free post race refreshments, prizes and trophies as well as almost instantaneous results posting.
The 14.2 mile figure of 8 course, literally goes up and down the dale (and some hills), out one side of the small village of Dent and back in the other. Nestled in the Howgills, right on the Cumbria/Yorkshire border, Dent is a small village with a huge community pride. The run helps to raise much needed funds for the small primary school which doubles as race HQ on race day.
Why not make it part of your spring racing programme and take a few of your teammates along too for a great day out in a beautiful part of the world?!
