Throughout 2015 Polar will be rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest percentage with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
This is a weekly competition and the first winner of the year is Cameron Young (handicap 4.1). Last week. Cameron improved his handicap by 6.67 when he ran the Nairn 10k in 35:40 to achieve his lowest handicap score ever!
