parkrun rankings - Is your event the toughest or fastest?

Run Leaders

One of our staticians recently highlighted how parkrun courses can present a variety of challenges with some much more difficult than others. Do you have a favourite course and an opinion on how fast or slow it is? Is it listed on our course ranking table?

Using runbritainrankings.com data, below are some interesting rankings of UK parkruns.

Each event has a Standard Scratch Score (SSS) that is used in runbritainrankings.com for the handicap system. It rates the relative difficulty of each instance of a parkrun and/or race.

In addition to suggesting a course is fast or slow it could also suggest it might be short or long of 5K.

We have listed the top 10 fastest parkruns and the hardest 10 parkruns based of this SSS, from over 300 events.
