Last weekend for November Reward Running

Are you racing this weekend? Will you have reduced your handicap score by more than six during November?
If so, make sure you sign up for Reward Running before the end of the month.
Currently, we have three runners fighting it out in the final Reward Running competition of 2014 and the prize of a Polar V800 with integrated GPS! All have reduced their scores by more than six. Can you get up there with them and be in the mix?
Pierre Dufour (handicap 14.7) is currently leading the race. He has reduced his handicap score by 6.789 by doing the Richmond parkrun every weekend this month. He ran 22:52 last weekend, that is his best time for two and a half years. In March 2012 he ran 22:17 at the Wimbledon parkrun and is moving back to that previous form. With another good run this weekend he is likely to reduce his handicap further.
Christopher McCarthy (handicap 5.0) is currently 2nd with a reduction of 6.276. Christopher doesn't race very often but has reduced his handicap from 11.3 by doing just one race: the Windmill 10k in 37:24, which is his best time. If he races this weekend, he could pose a real danger to Pierre's lead.
James Clements (handicap 21.5) is currently 3rd with a reduction of 6.183. He has already raced five times this month by racing on both days in the first week of the month and has quickly brought his score down each time he has raced.
Could you also be in contention? Have you been racing regularly through November? Where are you racing this weekend? Can you bring your score down?
This competition, sponsored by Polar, rewards runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest amount with a Polar V800 with integrated GPS
It doesn't matter when in the month you enter the competition, your scores will count for the whole month so good luck with your racing this weekend! Please go to your profile page and click the Enter button.
Good luck with bringing your November score down!
