Last chance to enter Bupa Westminster Mile

The Bupa Westminster Mile takes place on Sunday 24 May but you need to hurry as entries close tomorrow!

The Bupa Wesminster Mile, incorporating the UK Road Mile Championships, includes races for all ages, all standards and even the family running together.  Entry fees are £8 for adults, £6 for under seventeens and free for under nines.

Once you have entered you may need to incorporate some speedwork into your training over the next couple of weeks.
