Good luck Gareth Bale - let's see a drop in your handicap score!

As Gareth Bale starts a new football journey with Real Madrid we, at runbritain, would like to wish him all the best and encourage him to do a few races, whilst in Spain, to get his runbritain handicap score down!

Gareth ran 2:24.8 for the 800m and 4:59 for the 1500m, as an under 15 school boy and also jumped 12.78 for the triple jump in the U17age group. With these results we predict that he would have a runbritain handicap score of approximately 6 and would love to see him fulfil his potential in running as well as football.
