Gareth Russell winner of this week's #clickyourclock

We are pleased to have the rankings site back on line after maintenance work yesterday. And we also have a winner for this week's #clickyourclock!
The results of this week's #clickyourclock competition (7 - 13 October) can be found here.
Each week, from March to October, this Reward Running competition rewards runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest percentage with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
This week's winner is Gareth Russell (handicap 12.9) who improved his score by 10.48%. Gareth ran his first cross country race of the season, on Saturday, at the Surrey Men's League on Wimbledon Common. Gareth has gradually been improving his handicap score since he first registered a performance in August last year and was given a score of 21.3. Since then he has done several parkruns and also ran the Bupa London 10,000 in May this year. Keep up the good work Gareth!
Gareth will shortly receive a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor to help with his progress.
