Have you raced in the last week? There were numerous opportunities with many days of racing available over the week with the long days now here!
There were some impressive fields at the JCP Swansea Half Marathon that saw Matt Clowes (handicap -5.3) winning in 65;49 with Tracy Barlow (handicap -1.1) the top woman in 75:39 both well ahead of over 4,000 runners!

Top of the leaderboard is Alexander Webb (handicap 9.2) who had a massive 6.18 improvement in his running handicap after his 18:31 5k at the Aberdeen parkrun over the weekend. Great running Alexander!
Anna Hurley (handicap 19.5) is the best of the women with her 1:55:18 JCP Swansea Half Marathon performance.
