Have you raced in the last week? There were numerous opportunities with many days of racing available over the week with the long days still here!

Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 9 o' clock on Thursday morning to be in with a chance of winning a Polar OH1 — Optical Heart Rate Sensor in the weekly #clickyourclock competition for the 2019 summer. 

Top of the leaderboard and pictured here is Peter Totays (handicap 10.9) who has had a massive 3.974 improvement in his running handicap after his 20:56 5k at the Upton Court parkrun  over the weekend. It is great to see that Peter has logged seven events on his handicap profile page.

Rachel Brown (handicap 8.6) has made the best improvement of the women with her Appleby Rotary 10K in 40:29 that took her running handicap down by 1.075.
