Have you raced in the last week? There were many running opportunities and the results are coming in! 

Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 9 o' clock on Thursday morning to be in with a chance of winning a Polar OH1 — Optical Heart Rate Sensor in the weekly #clickyourclock competition for the 2019 summer. 

Top of the leaderboard again is Carlo Metcalfe  (handicap 11.0) who has had another great  5.359 improvement in his running handicap after the London Spitfire 10K where he ran 44:29 on Saturday.

Isabelle Maddison(handicap 21.4) has made the best improvement of the women with her 9:14 at the Watergate 2K where she dropped her running handicap by a very impressive 3.750. Just look at her graph!

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked!

Remember - the #clickyourclock competition is still  a regular weekly running competition!
