#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week?  Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in the FINAL WEEK of the #clickyourclock competition for 2016.

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:

Wigan 10K - 3132

City of Salford 10K - 2682

Waterside Half Marathon - 1620 * Provisional

Bushy parkrun - 1210

Laganside 10K - 1056

Wilne 10K - 926 * Provisional

All runners currently on the leaderboard, who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week, will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.

Top of the leaderboard, currently, is Peter Moffat (handicap 12.2 ) (pictured) who has taken a huge 6.017% from his score, this week. Peter returned to racing, this summer, after a five year break and has been using the Armada Athletics Network 5K series to get back into the swing of it. On Saturday, he went along to the Exeter Riverside parkrun and ran the course in 18:25, which is his best for the 5k distance.

Gillian Selman (handicap 14.2 ) and Jessica Polyer (handicap 20.7) have also improved their scores. Gillian took 3.665% from her score and Jessica took 1.362% from hers when they ran the Weald St Georges 10k on Sunday. Gillian covered the course in 48:06 and Jessica ran 54:45. They have both begun racing more regularly - Gillian has been a regular at the Bromley parkrun throughout August and Jessica has been using the Lloyd parkrun throughout the summer.

Rachael Horrocks (handicap 22.2) and Robert Wadsworth (handicap 4.9) were amongst the 2682 to cross the line at the finish of the City of Salford 10k on Sunday. Rachael's time of 56:09 took 0.980% from her score and Robert's 36:57 took 0.978% from his.

Meanwhile, Robert Wilson (handicap 20.8) joined the 3132 finishers at the Wigan 10k and took 0.941% from his score when he ran the course in 55:36.
