#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week? Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 16 of the weekly #clickyourclock competition for 2016.
There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:
Run For All Leeds 10K - 6,742 finishers
We Love Manchester 10K - 2,020 finishers
Bushy parkrun - 1,016 finishers
Wales Marathon - 881 finishers
New Forest 10 - 773 finishers
Wales Half Marathon - 687 finishers
All runners currently on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.
Top of the leaderboard currently is Chris Potts (handicap 6.9). Chris ran the We Love Manchester 10k in 38:54, on Sunday, and reduced his handicap score by 2.796%. Chris has made a great difference to his score over the last couple of months by putting in more races and he has seen his score come tumbling down by more than 10 points since the beginning of June.
Gary Whiteley (handicap 13.2) (pictured) and Daniel Hunt-Earle (handicap 5.1) also took part in the We Love Manchester 10k. Gary's time of 46:46 took 0.918% off his score and Daniel's 39:07 gave him a 0.794% reduction.
Vicky Earls (handicap 31.5) and Phil Smith (handicap 9.2) ran the Gloucester 10k. Vicky has taken up running this year and has been using the Kingsway parkrun to develop her fitness and running skill. She has got her 5k time down to 34:52 and then ran 72:00 for the 10k on Sunday, reducing her score by 0.963%. Phil, a more established runner, ran 43:59 in Gloucester and knocked 0.937% from his score.
David Cohen (handicap 9.2) and Adam Oldfield (handicap 13.3) were among the 6,742 finishers at the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k. David ran 42:42 and dropped his score by 0.989% and Adam ran 45:24 and dropped his score by 0.809%.
