#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week? Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 15 of the weekly #clickyourclock competition for 2016.
There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:
Great North 10K - 3,583 finishers
Southport Half Marathon - 1,155 finishers
Bushy parkrun - 1,033 finishers
Erme Valley Relays - 508 finishers
Jude Gallagher 10 - 499 finishers
Comber 10K - 484 finishers
All runners currently on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.
Luke Harvey (handicap 11.1 ) is currently top of this week's leaderboard with an improvement of 2.783% after logging two performances in one day! He ran the Cuerden Valley parkrun in 22:28 on Saturday morning and then ran 20:32 at the Lostock Hall Carnival 5k in the afternoon!
Marc Bromwich (handicap 4.0) is on the leaderboard again this week after making a 1.488% improvement in week 13, he has followed that up with a 1.299% improvement this week after running the Strathclyde parkrun in 17:53. Marc logged his first performance two years ago and his score has come tumbling down from 16.5 with the biggest improvements normally through the summer months.
Chris Checkley (handicap 12.0), Victoria Harrison (handicap 23.9), Alix Pennington (handicap 19.4) and Christopher Kettle (handicap 17.8) were amongst the 3,583 finishers at the Great North 10k. Chris Checkley made an improvement of 2.129% after running the distance in 43:27, Victoria ran it in 60:17 for a 1.862% improvement, Alix clocked 55:54 for 1.224% off her score and Christopher (pictured) ran a superb 53:58 for 1.177% off his score.
