#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week? Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 12 of the weekly #clickyourclock competition for 2016.
There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:
Rotary Club of Kenilworth Two Castles 10K - 3,954
St Albans Half - 2,407
Potters Arf - 1,323
Roon the Toon 10K - 1,080
Bushy parkrun - 1,048
Olympic Park 10k - 814
All runners currently on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.
Top of the leaderboard, currently, is Anne-Laure Larriviere (handicap 5.2) who achieved a fabulous 2.612% improvement after competing at the Midland Counties Championships in two events: the 800m and 1500m. She ran 2:21.62 for 800 and 4:55.46 for 1500m. Meanwhile, just down the road, Robert Day (handicap 16.0) was one of the 3,954 to complete the Rotary Club of Kenilworth Two Castles 10k. Robert ran the course in 47:11 and took 2.487% off his score and this puts him currently 2nd on the board. Charlotte Buchanan (handicap 6.4) was amongst the 814 to have a great day at the Olypmic Park 10k. Charlotte ran 39:29 for a 1.196% improvement.
There were some good handicap improvements from parkrunners too. Martin Brooks (handicap 8.1) (pictured) ran the St. Albans parkrun in 19:36 for a 1.012% improvement and Ian Cunningham (handicap 10.1) was amongst the 1,048 at Bushy parkrun where he ran 21:14 for a 0.510% improvement.
