#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week?  Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 9 of the weekly #clickyourclock competition for 2016.

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:

Great Manchester Run 10K - 26,106 finishers

Bushy parkrun - 1,136 finishers

Pier to Pier 7.5 - 1,128 finishers

Belfast Runher 10K - 866 finishers

Polaroid Clydebank 10K - 797 finishers

Worcester Half Marathon -  708 finishers

All runners currently on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.
 
Caroline Bailes (handicap 16.4) is currently top of the leader board with a handicap improvement of 4.350% after running the first ever Ellenbrook fields parkrun, on Saturday, in 22:4. Meanwhile, Michael Lilley (pictured) (handicap 10.0), made a 2.523% improvement when he ran the Crazy Coiw 10k in 43:40.
 
David Potts (handicap 13.0) was one of the 1,128 finishers at the Pier to Pier 7.5k race in South Shields. His time of 55:50 took 1.426% off his score whilst Katherine Lunney (handicap 13.5) joined the 26,106 to cross the line at the Great Manchester Run 10k. Her time of 45:35 took 1.152% off her score.
