#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Have you raced in the last week?  Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock today to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 7 of the weekly #clickyourclock competition for 2016.

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:

Vitality Run Hackney Half Marathon - ? 11,760 finihsers

Plusnet Leeds Half Marathon - 6,334 finishers
Market Drayton 10K - 2,146 finishers * Provisional
Beverley 10K - 1,545 finishers
Bushy parkrun - 1,240 finishers
Troon 10K - 1,007 finishers
 
There are currently 530 runners on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week. They will all be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.
 
Mark Liptrot (handicap 2.9) is currently showing the biggest improvement. He ran the Dudley Kingswinford 10k last Wednesday evening in 37:41 and took 6.011% off his score. Jamie Bannister (handicap 3.8) (pictured) also took the opportunity to race mid-week when he did the Wimbledon Trail Series 5 last Wednesday evening. His 28:54 for the five mile route took 1.634% off his score.
Jessica West (handicap 10.0) was one of the 11,760 finishers at the Vitality Run Hackney Half Marathon. Jessica ran the course in 1:40:25 and lowered her handicap by 2.157% whilst Chris Kay (handicap 16.1) was amongst the 6,334 finishers at the Plusnet Leeds Half Marathon where he took 1.450% off his score for his 1:47:22 clocking.
