#clickyourclock on your weekend result

With three days of racing, this weekend,  it's time to #clickyourclock!  Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 12 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor in week 6 of the weekly #clickyourclock competitions for 2016.

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:

Great Birmingham 10K - 6,244 finishers

Liverpool Spring 10K - 3,110 finishers

Milton Keynes Half Marathon - 2,216 finishers

GEAR 10K - 2,092 finishers

Milton Keynes Marathon - 1,953 finishers

Sunderland City 10K - 1,809 finishers

There are currently 482 runners on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week. They will all be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees a % improvement from the race they ran.

Helen Charlesworth (handicap 12.8) has, so far, made the biggest improvement with 4.478% off her score. She ran 47:07 at the It's a piece of cake 10k on Saturday.

On Sunday, Gillian Tomlinson (handicap 15.1) and Alix Pennington (handicap 21.0) were amongst the 1,809 finishers at the Sunderland City 10k. Gillian ran the course in 46:48 and made a 3.329% improvement whilst Alix ran 55:04 for a 2.048% improvement. Meanwhile, Fiona Cook (handicap 15.0) (pictured) was tearing round the Liverpool Spring 10k in 44:27 for a 2.345% improvement.

Paul Martin (handicap 7.9) was one of the 2,092 finishers at the Grand East Anglia Run 10k. He ran 37:26 for a 1.724% improvement whilst Carmel Forrest (handicap 14.1) joined the 6,244 to cross the line at the Great Birmingham 10k. Carmel covered the course in 48:17 for a 1.323% improvement.
