#clickyourclock on your weekend result

Last weekend was a big running weekend. Did you race? If so, make sure you #clickyourclock!
Not only were there some fabulous race opportunities but, for most of the country, the weather was perfect for running fast times and bringing handicap scores down.
Some of the bigger races were:
Reading Half Marathon - 13338 finishers
Lincoln 10K - 4261 finishers
Wilmslow Half Marathon - 4074 finishers
Hastings Half Marathon - 2997 finishers
Fleet Half Marathon - 2444 finishers
Stafford Half Marathon 2408 finishers
With the Virgin Money London Marathon just five weeks away this was a great weekend for half marathons. The Reading Half Marathon, the first race in the runbritain Grand Prix, saw 53 men run faster than 70 minutes and 22 women run faster than 80 minutes. Meanwhile, just down the road in Fleet, High Jump Commonwealth siver medallist, Isobel Pooley, got the runners in the Fleet Half Marathon (pictured) underway whilst others were lining up in many other parts of the country.
