#clickyourclock on your recent race results

Did you race this weekend? Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 0830hrs on Thursday morning to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor in our weekly #clickyourclock competition.
With plenty of races to pick from last week there are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:
Asda Foundation RFA Leeds 10K - 7,058 finishers
Simplyhealth Great North 10K - 4,079 finishers
We Love Manchester 10K - 1,887 finishers * Awaiting Organiser Confirmation
Bushy parkrun - 927 finishers
Gloucester 10K - 705 finishers
Wyvern 10K - 694 finishers
Daniel Matthew (handicap 16.1) is currently top of the leaderboard with an improvement of 4.334 after running the Coventry Northbrook 10k in 50.04, knocking 2:29 off his 10k time from the week before. Daniel has been regularly racing over the last two months and his handicap score has vastly improved.
Meanwhile, Michael Wilson (handicap 11.5) is making the most of the mid-week racing opportunities and ran the Endmoor 10k in 47:48 last Wednesday evening to improve his score by 1.494. Patricia Sturgess (handicap 9.1) also took the opportunity to race mid-week when she went along to the Cheltenham Midsummer Open Meeting and ran a great sub-six minute mile in 5:49.0. This took 1.128 from her score.
Joel Harrison (handicap 9.5) (pictured) was one of the many parkrunners to improve his score this weekend. He did the Hanley parkrun in 20:28 and knocked 0.975 from his score whilst Bevan Garner (handicap 14.4) joined the other 7.058 finishers at the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k where he ran a fabulous 47:09 and took 0.939 from his score.
There are currently more than 250 runners on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score over the previous seven days. They will all be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT1 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees an improvement from their race this weekend.
