Did you race this weekend? Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 0830hrs on Thursday morning to be in with a chance of winning a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor in our weekly #clickyourclock competition. 

With plenty of races to pick from last week there are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked! Some of the bigger races were:  

 

Simplyhealth Great Newham 10K     - 6,121 finishers 

Alderley Bypass 10K                            - 1,964 * finishers 

Southport Half                                     - 1,461 finishers 

Ali Brownlee Riverside 5K                  - 1,411 * finishers 

Bushy parkrun                                     - 1,096 finishers 

Eccup 10                                               -    815 finishers

Chris McCarthy (handicap 14.9) is currently at the top of the leaderboard after his 20:38 at the Bromley parkrun.  An oustanding improvement of 5.074 on his handicap score! Hannah Blount (handicap 24.4) is 2nd  with an impressive improvement of 2.831.  Mo Farah  (handicap -7.5), who is top of our National Ladder, is still improving his score too, with a 0.3 handicap improvement recently. 

There are currently more than 300 runners on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score over the previous seven days. They will all be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT1 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees an improvement from their race this weekend.
