Top of the leaderboard is Nick Hamlin  (handicap 14.6) who saw a great  6.689 improvement in his running handicap when he ran at the Northern Counties Men's 6-Stage Relays for his club, Altrincham. It is great to see this big improvement while representing his club.

Gail Edwards (handicap 16.8) has made the best improvement of the women with her 24:45 at the Wanstead Flats parkrun.

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked!
