Top of the leaderboard is  James Bratt (handicap 11.4) who saw a great  3.102 improvement in his running handicap when he ran 22:51 at the Yeovil Montacute parkrun. It is great to see this improvement.

Laura Jackson  (handicap 30.0) has made the best improvement of the women with her 70:20 at the SimplyHealth Great Tees 10K. She reduced her running handicap by a very impressive 1.229. 

There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked!
