Have you raced in the last week? There were many opportunities over the week with the long summer days still here! 

Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 9 o' clock on Thursday morning to be in with a chance of winning a Polar OH1 — Optical Heart Rate Sensor in the weekly #clickyourclock competition for the 2019 summer. 

Top of the leaderboard is Laura Plummer  (handicap 26.3) who has had a big 1.993 improvement in her running handicap after a 28:31 5k at the Worcester Pitchcroft parkrun  over the weekend. It is great to see Laura improving!


Danny Chatfield
(handicap 6.2) has made the best improvement of the men with his Harbour Club Last Friday of the Month 5k  in 19:03 that took his running handicap down by 1.669.
