Have you raced in the last week? There were numerous opportunities with many days of racing available over the week with the long days now here! 

Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 9 o' clock tomorrow to be in with a chance of winning a Polar OH1 — Optical Heart Rate Sensor in the weekly #clickyourclock competition for the 2019 summer. 

Top of the leaderboard is Leo Tyrie (handicap 14.8) who has had a massive 5.113 improvement in his running handicap after his 22:06 5k at the Great Lines parkrun over the weekend. It is great to see Leo back running after a break for a few years.

Kate Wensley (handicap 12.6) is the best of the women with her 22:12 Sheffield Hallam parkrun  that saw an improvement of 1.953 in her running handicap.
