Can you reduce your handicap by more than three points this month?

We are now one week into Reward Running 2014 and four runners have already reduced their handicap score by more than thee points!
Steven Merkelt (handicap 19.3) is currently topping the table. He put in a storming performance at the Mizuno Reading Half Marathon last weekend and dropped his score from 23.4. Not far behind is Sarah Dumbrill (handicap 14.9) who shifted her handicap score down from 18.2 when she ran the Silverstone Half Marathon last weekend. David Obee (handicap 6.0) was also in action at Silverstone and joins this group of sub threes, as does Christopher Dodsworth (handicap 6.7) after reducing his score from 10.1 at the Bath Half Marathon.
At the end of each month from March until October, the runner who improves their handicap the most in that month will receive a Polar heart rate monitor and this month's prize is a Polar RC3 GPS heart Rate Monitor (RRP £249.50). Make sure you are in it to win it!
