BMC 3km time trial starts virtually well

 Alex Crossland was fastest on the first day of the virtual 3000m challenge organised by the British Milers Club. Amie Bagnall was the fastest woman. 

Amie Bagnall from Prestatyn  in North Wales ran 10:18 for the top time by over a minute on the first day  of the British Milers’ Club (BMC) virtual 3km time trial for the women. 

Highgate’s Alex Crossland  with a  PB of 8:28.81, set the fastest overall with  8:34 which was a second ahead of Chris Thomas.
