BMAF 5k Virtual Relay coming to your locality with entries already over 1000!
British Masters Athletics is holding a virtual road relay over 5k during 14-20 June, in which runners should team up with their club-mates to each run 5k on their own.
This should be close to home without breaking the government guidelines and submit their performances to OpenTrack, supported by evidence of their time via Strava or Garmin.
Entry is free but all competitors will have the opportunity to make a donation to charity.
There are awards for the winning teams and best individuals in each age group and special prizes for the top age-graded performances.
