Are you ready for the autumn Grand Prix races?

If you've not already planned your autumn racing programme it's time to put pen to paper and then put your foot to the pedal.
After a great start to the 2013 Grand Prix with three of the best spring road races in the UK we are now looking forward to the autumn events.
First off is the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k on Sunday 22nd September. The race has a 1pm start time and therefore enables runners to travel from all over the UK to take part. This race is now in its third year of the Grand Prix and a firm favourite with all levels of fitness and ability as it welcomes celebrities, elite runners, club runners and fun runners as well as those who are aiming for fast times or raising money for charity.
The Grand Prix awards points to the first 250 finishing positions at all six events. 250 points are awarded for the first British finisher, down to 1 point for the 250th British finisher. Can you get your name on the score board?
The final two events are, the Cardiff Half Marathon on 6 October and the UK Age Leeds Abbey Dash on 17th November.
We look forward to seeing you at these superb events!
