And the winner is...Stewart Gasson!

We are pleased to announce that Stewart Gasson (handicap 8.2) is the winner of the first 2018 #clickyourclock competition and will soon receive his prize of a Polar A300 Fitness and Activity tracker.

Throughout 2018 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar activity tracker.

The competition runs during the spring and summer months. Each week a random draw is made from all runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days..

This week, with numerous race cancellations there were 328 clocks clicked and, out of those, 138 showed an improvement and went into the draw.

Stewart Gasson from Uckfield has been randomly picked this week and will soon be receiving his prize. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances. Stewart is a regular competitor and is a consistent improver. Stewart ran the Eastbourne Half marathon in 97:45 having already run two other races in the last month! Along with his usual parkruns at Clair, Stewart is a man on a big improvement curve as can be seen from his graph of handicap improvements here.  Well done to Stewart Gasson, our first winner in 2018!

Don't forget there are many racing days available this week as evening events are starting to gather pace, so claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your race this week!

Good luck!
