Throughout 2015 Polar are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest percentage with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
This is a weekly competition and this week the competition has been won by Natasha Baker (handicap 11.8) Last weekend, Natasha raced at The Milton Keynes Festival of Running 20 and reduced her score by 2.9 from her last race at the Bramley 20 on 15 February when her score was 14.7. Both performances have been part of an continual improvement over the last 12 months.
Natasha will shortly receive a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.
